FlexSqueeze is a big theme due to all the theme images that are included in the zip file (12Mb for version 1.5). Some servers place restrictions on the size of file you can upload, and in some cases you may run into this problem.
If you run into errors when trying to install the theme into WordPress using the theme uploader, you may need to FTP the theme to your server or upload it via your web hosting file manager.
